Hello, and welcome to my website. We are a very small hobbiest, who take our dogs very seriously. The time and effort we expend into each of these wonderful dogs shows!
We live in beautiful South Central Texas, nestled between San Antonio and Austin, with our amazing tiny schnauzer babies. We only have a very few canine family members for a reason.... It is our goal to provide you with the most loveable and emotionally healthy puppy you could ever find, while enjoying our hobby. In order to do this we only have a few litters per year. We want to ensure that we have just the number of babies that can be raised in an extremely clean, healthy, and personalized environment. We have had teacup canine family members for years. So we strive to have schnauzer babies that will be in the toy and teacup, while in addition have the small minis perfect for the family or ranch life.
Our puppies are snuggly held by one of our family members each day to ensure they bond with mom and their human family. Once they are big enough to venture from mom's bed their day is spent with mom and me in our beautiful great room. At that time, they also begin to eat premium dog food, with holistic supplements, along with nursing. They begin their training at 4 weeks old using the UGODOG puppy pad system. Our babies come with that early start and by 8 weeks they often are going to the pad to potty. They are also taken to a licensed veterinarian for a health check up. They have age appropriate vaccinations and are wormed every 2 weeks. They are nomally groomed twice before going to their new home. Usually they are accepting of their first grooming, because our personalized attention creates a very loving and trusting puppy. By the way, yes, every baby gets a kiss each night too. We just can't help it!
Everyone takes part in normalizing your puppy to human interaction. Also, constant visits by our nurse daughter and son-in-law, our other medical field professional daughter and son-in-law, and our four grandchildren ensure everybody gets extra love as well multiple people exposure too! By the time they go home with you they have been played with and have slept on our chests to get their baby rest for hours. Our puppies are not shy, scared of other dogs or show signs of other issuses that puppies sent home too early or under socialized do. You will take home an outgoing family member who is ready to fit in.
My family has years experience with animals. Mrs B was raised on a farm and helped raise and whelp many different animals. She also had pre-nursing training and has worked with handicapped children. We are dedicated to our little canine family, as we were our own children. Our children was home schooled and went on to the medical and prestigeous law schools. Mr B has several degrees as well. This dedication to excellence has been applied to our practices with our own wonderful schnauzers. We love to research and also have a vet in the family, We're happy to share our lives and love with our precious little schnauzer babies. We just have to make sure our grandbabies get just as many hugs or we're accused of having preference by our children!

Minis - 12 to 14 inches (Ocassionally)
Note: The AKC calls all schnauzers in the Mini size and under "Miniature Schnauzer." There is NO AKC Standard for toy or teacup size, this is all breeder opinion." The Mini schnauzer standard is over 12 in and under 14 in. The AKC accepts smaller sizes for registration.
The weight guestimate game: Most weight "guestimates" as I have called them are forced on breeders due to anxious clients whom want a specific size, be it smaller or other. The problem is that in all the best effort to guess, there is no guarantee. I have had puppies in the same litter from teacup parents the same size at 6 weeks only to have one stay tinier than guessed and the other larger. I tell folk if you have to have a specific size, purchase at 6 months old or a young adult. The problem is that most puppies are sold by then. In addition I have seen some schnauzers leggy and fragile being called a teacup by some, but they may be skinny, but they are not tiny. We try to stay within the standard even when smaller, muscular and square. We're focusing on quality at Mrs B's, so we hope you understand we cannot guarantee size. We can do an educated guess, give you the facts, and let you estimate with us. Just imagine all the money we could save if the doctors could tell us our children would grow to size XXX and we could buy clothes super clearance years ahead of time. Thanks for understanding. We don't want you to be disappointed. We want you to feel treated honestly. We are not happy with the quality of many of the teacups and toys we see sold over the internet. We love the schnauzer breed, but feel there is a place for the smaller schnauzers, meeting the same build as their larger parts. Most of our teacups are not micro teacups, but we do have them out there that are 4.5 lbs grown. Most are in the 5-6.5lb range. If we tell you it is too close to tell and that they could stay a bit smaller or get a bit smaller that is an honest guesstimate. We also are not charging $1800-$3000 for them either. Our dogs are nice dogs and regardless of the size, you are getting a wonderful pet. We are also glad the the "lost colors" have been resurrected and preserved and new enhancements are being developed for the breed we love. This includes the chocolates, whites, and partis! Of course we love the black, Salt and Pepper, and black & silvers too!
There are those that regularly will feel the need to send hate mail or rant about how the smaller size schnauzers are not breed standard or the colors are not standard. These people are not educated on the schnauzer. The rare colors are newer today, but have been around even before the current AKC standard was set. Like all smaller versions of breeds, like the poodle, years of breeding down selectively takes place. These breeders do not use runts or sickly small dogs in their programs. Out of the 2 or 3 champions how many 100 of dogs of the bigger size were produced by breeders that never made the cut and went home as pets?? Lots!!! Teacup and toy schnauzers have been around for some time! What makes it even more odd and the average person may never know, but many of the same people who criticize smaller schnauzers and claim they do sell teacups, toys, or even the lost colors, often do via a relative, friend, or their local newspaper so the secret of it does not get out!!!! I see that all the time and hear of it in various parts of the country. So ignore the rant, its just a marketing ploy of many people patting themselves on the back and your dollars to the bank. We always ask can a critical or mean person produce nice puppies???? We feel you have the right to find that perfect companion and we refuse to criticize others breeding programs. We like teacups, toys and minis. Each have their differences and we'll be happy to discuss that with you as you look for that perfect match!
Note: We specialize in the toy and have occasional teacup mom and dad litters. We also have an amazing champion line smaller mini. We are not a kennel! This is our serious hobby and we love all our pets! If your looking for someone that has every size, color, sex at the same time, that won't be us!!

THE MALE FALLACY!!!!!! READ ON!!!!!
We hear all the time, "I want a female because I don't want a dog that sprays or humps." I can assure you that females can hump and that females don't spray they can squat and mark, yes mark. Neutering a female or male at a young age can minimize or eliminate this from happening at all. If you neuter a male before he lifts his leg he will most likely squat the rest of his life. As far as personality I can tell you everyone that has feared owning a male because of this that took a male home is so happy they did. Males are the most loving and the most perfect of companions. Like in the wild, the female, or pack leader, is just that. If a female is content in her bed and you call her, she is going to be content in her bed unless she wants to come to you. A male will be at your side telling you I'm here, I love you at almost all times. If you've always had a female companion pet, you might just be surprised at how wonderful a little male and how different and loving they are. They simply are the greatest! Now don't get me wrong, I love little females too, but if you want someone who is content on a plane, watching T.V., sitting quietly in your purse while you shop or under your coat, male it is! |

Your puppy will receive a MASS titer NEOPAR vaccine for extra protection against PARVO. Puppies born after March will also start are addition preventative program with a MASS titer NEOVAC for DISTEMPER. In addition they will have age appropriate high titer puppy combo vaccine developed to override maternal antibodies. Did you know the NEOPAR AND NEOVAC start providing protection immediately. These are the two best vaccines available! They are so safe you can give to a 5 weeks old puppy! The normal puppy vaccine takes 3 doses to start being really effective. This is a clinical fact! Why don't breeders use this? It cost $$$ more, but we want your puppy to have the best chance possible! Don't let anyone tell you different to save $$$ Parvo, new Parvo strains and distemper is on the rise in the US. Partially do to lack of vaccination and the other due to no vaccination due to the "holistic" approach.
Plus, they all get a bordetella vaccine before leaving to keep them safer from kennel cough. Almost everytime we go to the vet he has seen someone with a puppy sentenced to death with a puppy disease, most likely not vaccined. We support initial immunizations. Your pup's life may depend on it! After that, we recommend you be selective not to allow your vet to over vaccine your baby. Your puppy will be microchipped for FREE, unless requested! This is a savings for you and ensures your puppy will come home to me or you if ever lost, stolen, or end up at a shelter!
